It has a full bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet. Bed linen and towels are included, with replacement every 10 days. The kitchen, in American style, is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, Italian coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, juicer and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.



The living room is bright and cosy, with a sofa, Smart TV and direct access to a private terrace with partial ocean views, perfect for enjoying an outdoor breakfast or a drink at sunset. Throughout the apartment there is wifi connection with fibre optic, ideal if you need to telework or simply stay connected.
