There are not enough words to express how much we loved our stay! Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful, chatty and all went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. The villa was exceptional with the most fantastic infinity pool overlooking the jungle.

Fantastic oasis on the heart of Ubud

Outstanding hotel in every way! A beautiful setting, amazing views and exceptional rooms/villas. If you want something special, then Sanna Ubud is the right choice. We had a butler pool villa - absolutely exceptional and the staff are amazing! They can’t do enough for you. The area is perfect - close to all the attractions you might want to see when in ubud! I would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend !!

Beautiful resort grounds however food at the hotel was not great! Our room was close to the restaurant and we could hear the music playing all night even with our doors closed. One of draw cards to this place was its Spa. Unfortunately during our stay the travelator was not working due to maintenance which would require a steep climb of 100+ steps back to the resort. Not ideal and we weren’t notified of this until our check-in. Understandable that maintenance needs to take place but please don’t keep changing the days of when this would take place as it meant we had to keep changing our spa date which then led to not being able to attend the spa as there were no available times when the travelator was operational. Mozzie spraying also took place during our time there and again not prior warning this would happen before our checkin. This place has the making of being a superb 5 star resort but needs to learn the finer details in what makes a resort stand out from the rest. Good food, communication and attention to detail (in my opinion).

We stayed at the Sanna Ubud for our honeymoon and overall was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The food and live music / Balinese entertainment was a great addition. Our room came with an infinity pool and also included a flower bath upon arrival to celebrate honeymoon. We would highly recommend Sanna.

The hotel is really beautiful, you get the WOW effect upon arrival. The staff is the nicest people we ever met. I think is one of the most beautiful hotels and views of UBUD. The landscape, the common areas, the spa, the restaurant… everything is just amazing! Our Butlers were amazing, always ready to help and taking care of every detail! The only negative that we can say is that water of the private pool in our villa was so cold we couldn’t use it and, due to the high humidity of the area, the villa has a smell of humidity quite intense. The staff kindly gave us some incense so we would mask a bit the smell. Also, we found that it wasn’t nice that when you order a taxi, the hotel makes 2-3 times more money than the actual driver. Instead of just calling you a taxi, they pay the taxi and charge you for x3 the usual rate.

Our stay at Sanna was good! The staff here are superb and really go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The spa is absolutely excellent and we also enjoyed the Yoga on the platform by the Spa. However, I would say that given the price paid the villa was in complete shade all day, inclduing the pool and lounge chairs. This meant that we didnt really use the space and used the larger pool instead. Also, whilst the staff were superb the food here was just ok.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Sanna Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and very clean, well-maintained rooms. Every detail, from the comfortable beds to the delicious breakfast, showed great care and quality. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend Sanna Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. It’s definitely one of the nicest hotel i have visted.

The Sanna Ubud is absolutely magical. From the moment you enter, the serenity washes over you. The rooms are extremely comfortable and beautiful with generous plunge pools that make you feel both luxurious and somehow grounded. The food is delicious, and the care of the staff is absolutely unmatched! Do not miss the spa, even if you just go down to see it. It’s a few miles outside of Ubud proper, but GoJek rides are easy and cheap. We will absolutely be recommending Sanna to everyone who will listen!
