After a long slumber, we were able to kiss it awake—with great attention to detail, the over 100-year-old waterworks has been transformed into a truly special place of relaxation.

The historic building, a designated landmark, once served as the region’s water supply. Today, it houses individually designed vacation apartments. Each loft captivates with its very own charm and an exceptionally stylish ambiance.

A highlight for the curious: In the historic pump room, you’ll learn fascinating facts about the history of the waterworks. And if you’d like to get hands-on, feel free to channel your inner pump operator—start our impressive water show in the garden and enjoy a cool drink in a relaxed atmosphere.

Es ist eine so ausgefallene Wohnung, mit sehr viel Liebe und Herzblut renoviert und eingerichtet. Man entdeckt immer wieder neues und kann sich gar nicht sattsehen. Wunderbar integriert der Industriestyle, im großen und in ganz vielen Kleinigkeiten. Die Retroecke auf der Galerie mit Plattenspieler und einer Auswahl von Schallplatten sowie den Kicker konnten wir genießen und die Lage im grünen war auch wunderschön. Interessant auch den alten Keller des Wasserwerks anzusehen. Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll verpackt vor die Tür gestellt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Etwas ganz besonderes war natürlich auch das Wasser-Licht-Spiel! Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Tecklenburg war schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem, wenn man etwas besonderes sucht, ist diese Location einfach perfekt!
