The resort is absolutely amazing We ( our family of 5 ) stayed at the resort for 3 days during spring break 2026 It really felt like we were in the jungle but with all modern amenities The food was amazing, the cabanas were very comfortable ,the staff made us feel very welcome and made our stay memorable All the transfers from the airport, the tours to the mayan sites , to the horseback riding, the ziplinig and the list goes on and on After the off site adventures everyday we came back to four course dinners and beautiful sunset hikes onsite Thankyou to everyone on the resort for an amazing time

Great getaway in the jungle with great activities. The all inclusive option makes the stay much more convenient. Would recommend to anyone that wants to feel like they are getting away from the regular type of resort

It was spectacular! The resort was wonderful, clean beautiful, The staff was incredible super attentive and helpful they took care of everything for us so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food and the excursions were fantastic

The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The walkways and bridges and trails are all very charming. The staff was very attentive. Dinner was good and the massages were wonderful. I would highly recommend. The only complaint is there is not air conditioning and it was quite hot
