Liked: Cleanliness
Clean and well located. One unit in a two unit house. Advertised as having a washer dryer but we were disappointed to find that the combined washer dryer unit was out of service when we arrived. The guests in neighbor unit also mentioned theirs was out of order. We had booked this unit in large part for the washer and planned our packing for the trip around having laundry mid trip. Kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee but no basics for cooking (oil, basic spices etc). Beds seemed to be air mattresses of some sort - they were ok, not very comfortable but not terrible. Please update listing to be more accurate so that guests aren’t disappointed.

the property manager did not send lockbox/checkin information prior to our check-in time. In fact, they didn't send the information until that evening - we had already left Te Anua considering that there were no other accommodations available.
