Discover our serene 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse in the heart of Tbilisi!

This luxurious 300-square-meter gem defies description and promises a stay that's beyond compare. With a colossal 125-square-meter living room featuring soaring 5.5-meter ceilings and expansive windows, your penthouse experience is bathed in natural light and adorned with awe-inspiring city vistas.

Please NOTE: There's no elevator, but we offer a luggage service free of charge from 10am to 9pm.

High class architecture and art from local and international artists have contributed making this penthouse have the unique look and feel that it has. It's a wonderful space to just relax, enjoy the view through the big windows or from one of the many balconies.

Besides a comfortable seating area where you can sit by the large and well functioning fireplace with a cup of tea or watch television on a 55" plasma tv, we have also installed a home cinema theatre where you can watch one of the many movies that are present in the living room projected on a huge screen.

Furthermore, two of our bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, the other two have double beds and then the living room can turn into a very large bedroom with three sofa beds and one double blow up bed in oder to accommodate up to 16 guests in total!! The mattresses in our bedrooms are of high quality and orthopeadic, ensuring for the best night of sleep.

The Penthouse is located in Vake, the most thriving and modern neighborhood of the city, with the newly constructed infrastructure on its main Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue, great hotels, co-working spaces, beautiful tree-lined streets, trendy cafes, upscale shops, luxurious residential buildings and some of the best Airbnbs in town! And for those who like historic architecture, it can still be found here, blended seamlessly with the new!
The neighborhood is home to universities and embassies, resulting in a very international community.
The vibrant student and expat population of Vake contributes to the area's lively atmosphere. In the first building of Tbilisi State University, people can find any kind of literature in various languages.
