AVOID THIS PLACE

We were three travelers who each booked a room through hotels.com under separate reservations. When we arrived at the address, there was nothing that resembled a hotel or any kind of lodging, and no one was available to respond to us. We then called the provided phone number and spoke to someone who said they could not find any reservation under any of our names and that this accommodation was not in business with hotels.com. The person said they were not present and would not come, and if we didn’t leave, the police would be called. Avoid this place at all cost. We had already paid for the stay and we are in the process of being refunded.

Total SCAM

Booked three rooms for three persons, three booking numbers, prepaid, through hotels.com. When we arrived were no rooms available, no host so we called the phone number given at the website. The host was rude, told us we had no reservation, he could not found our names or booking numbers. Told us to contact hotels.com and was not ready to help us or solve the problem. Asked us to leave and told us he would call the police. We are still waiting for the refund. Bókuðum þrjú herbergi á þremur bókunarnúmerum 22-25. júlí og greiddum fyrirfram gegnum hotels.com. Enginn á staðnum en þó var svarað í síma. “Hótelið” kannaðist ekkert við bókanir okkar, sagðist hvorki hafa nöfn okkar né bókunarnúmer og engin herbergi laus. Hótelið reyndi ekki að leiðrétta málið eða greiða götu okkar á nokkurn hátt. Endaði á að hóta okkur lögreglu og skellti svo á.

Terrible

Ég og tveir aðrir bókuðum gistingu á Tali Home i gegnum hotels.com á þremur mismunandi bókunum og fyrirfram greitt í gegnum hotels.com. Þegar við mættum á staðinn var enginn á staðnum og húsnæðið svo ólíkt myndunum að við vorum ekki vissir um að við værum á réttum stað. Loks komumst við í samband við starfsmann símleiðis sem fullyrti að það væri engin bókun skráð á okkur og að Tali Home stundaði ekki viðskipti við Hotels.com. Við enduðum með að reyna að finna aðra gistingu um miðja nótt sem var mjög erfitt þar sem á sama tíma voru tónleikar með Justin Timberlake og heimsmeistaramótið í ski
