Had a great stay at Riverside Tbilisi Hotel! The place is super Instagrammable, especially the restaurants — perfect for photos any time of day. Everything was really clean and well looked after, from the room to the common areas. The vibe is cozy but stylish. Breakfast was a highlight: lots of choice, fresh food, and really tasty coffee. The location is great too, easy to walk around and explore the city. Would 100% stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Riverside Tbilisi Hotel. The location is excellent—right by the river, with beautiful views and easy access to the old town, restaurants, and main attractions. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and great local recommendations. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options, and enjoying it with the river view was a real highlight. Overall, Riverside Tbilisi Hotel offers great comfort, warm hospitality, and a perfect location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

This truly is a TERRIBLE hotel. I think they’ve done some smart marketing with the Tiffany blue and Tiffany bar and Café. But the overall hotel is extremely shabby. My room had significant water damage and it had a drain in the bathroom with smells that were so terrible. It made me nauseous. I had to cover the drain with a towel, but you could still smell the sewage. Every time I showered water got literally everywhere. Their attempt at fixing the water damage is just by putting caulking on top of the mildew additionally being on the fifth floor I was right underneath the bar/terrace which meant between 8 PM and 11 PM. There was always loud music. There is no gym, no full length mirror and on one day I came back and it was already 4 PM and my room still had not been cleaned. I hated staying here. Towels were heavily stained and off-white color. I felt disgusted by the smell and overall cleanliness was extremely poor. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend. There are a lot better hotels in this area.

Quaint European Hotel with Old European LUXE feel and finishes! Attentive staff, Nice Xmas decorations, Beautiful breakfast variety (you could special order omelettes and oats) and views at Tiffany Bar and Lounge!! The best part was my room! GORGEOUS DELUXE TIFFANY SUITE with the blue and white finishes!, Chandeliers and beautiful carpet! Also great location right in the heart of the action in downtown Tbilisi close to Galleria Mall, Museums and great FOOD! Stayed for 1-week, Room cleaning could have been a bit better, but otherwise I highly recommend!

The hotel is cute and has some fun character parts. The breakfast has variety. You can ask for eggs to be made. They are usually ok, but maybe a bit over-cooked. The rooms are nice and good-sized. The AC/heat is good with a mini-split. There is a mini-bar, as well. The deadbolt lock on my door didn't work, and the internet doesn't consistently work, despite a router extender outside my door. The staff were helpful, and when an umbrella was needed, they had one I could borrow. It is right across the street from the Dry Bridge and Market. There are not a lot of restaurants or things around the hotel so be aware of that.

We stayed in Riverside hotel for 5 days and our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious for three adults and had all the amenities. Daily breakfast was very good though at times felt repetitive.

So far, I’ve been rather disappointed with this hotel. I did book a single room with a balcony, but I hadn’t expected the room to be quite so small—and located directly beneath a bar stage. The loud music continued until midnight, making it impossible to sleep. I reported the issue to reception, but they still refused to move me to another room. In addition to this, I found some members of staff to be less than friendly or professional. Breakfast officially starts at 8am, and I was actually turned away when I tried to sit in the restaurant at 7:55am, which seemed rather absurd. Housekeeping is also not prompt—the overall service feels reminiscent of the Soviet era. If you’re looking for that kind of experience, perhaps this hotel will suit you. But for those of us simply seeking a relaxing holiday, it may not be the best choice.

It was really nice, I loved my stay, the only thing that stopped me giving an excellent was the fact the in room coffee machine was not free, the price for each was very small but seeing as it’s a 5 star hotel & they offer a free breakfast, it seemed very unnecessary
