Rustaveli Av. starts from here and you can find all wonderful attractions in walking distance in few mins. The space
This is a 50sq.m open plan and the building: it's a 19th century National Heritage Register listed building but the unit itself is newly renovated in August-2018 with all new furnishings making it feel brand new, with an epochal high ceiling (5 metres), it's on the first floor and we provide comfortable living:

We are on a central part of Tbilisi. From there you can get to any part of Tbilisi. On our street there are groceries, bakeries, markets, pharmacy, Wine Museum, Shops, one of the best Georgian restaurants, Gallery Mall - all are in few mins walking distance from us.

We are flexible with check in times, I can check you in early or late check out without any payment if does not overlap other reservation. If you arrive after mid night till 9 am in the morning then we will arrange an airport transfer for additional payment (price depends if you require minivan type of car or sedan), so that you can be brought directly and checked in by our friendly drivers at affordable price.
The apartment is in a courtyard built in 1970-ies and surrounded by historical buildings.

The evident benefit is the location of the apartment: we offer easy access to all main attractions of the city being far from bustling tourist destinations.
It is a 1-minute walk to Freedom Square – main city square.
With regards to delicious and healthy food, our apartments are surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants for every taste and budget. Fans of vegetarian cuisine will be delighted with a vegan restaurant just around the corner. For those who are more interested in traditional Georgian cuisine, there are many restaurants and right across the street we have the most famous Georgian Restaurant Veliaminov- popular for locals and tourists, who daily come on our street to try the different kinds of pure Georgian food taste.
Right on the corner of the apartments there is supermarket, which is open for 24h.
In 5 mins walking distance we have Gallery Mall and there you can find all available in Tbilisi brands and Carrfour Hypermarket.
Metro Station Freedom Square is also in few mins of walking distance.

We can arrange airport transfer or recommend our highly qualified friendly guide-drivers. If you need to travel by public transport, from the Airport it is easy to reach us by public bus #37 (in every 15-20 mins) and we are in 3-5 mins of walking distance from the Pushkin Square bus stop. From the street you will enter into our area, and realize a special place what makes you excited, feeling the local life in so called Italian Courtyard.

If you are travelling by car, there are public parking options on the street and if it won't be available there's private parking in 50 metres from us.
