Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am.

Never again

The staff tries to make their best however the hotel is abandoned. The management is not interested in the quality of service and in guests' experience at all. The breakfast was vey poor, very limited choice and really wasn't tasty. Bad coffee as well. There were a lot of bugs outside the room on the balcony which tried to get into the room. A nightmare. Dust on the lamps and dirty windows. Never again. Overpriced.

Great and not expensive hotel

Very good hotel, nice stuff and really helpful. Location is in city center. Definitely Will visit it again. They have really nice restaurant. Its fancy place and not that expensive at all for this kind of comfort. I am recommending to visit this place.

Hotel was bright, modern. Food was excellent. Staff very helpful and multi lingual. But two negatives - 1. The hotel is not in the city centre as stated. It takes 30 minutes walk! 2. The carpets were filthy! They did try to clean the ones in our room when we asked and they were apologetic but someone needs to CLEAN the place!!

Hotel is on the busy noisy street without parking

This hotel is located on the busy noisy street without parking space. We were told to park our car in front of the hotel , but it can only accommodate 3 cars and they had no space . We ended up parking in front of some grocery store. The room was smaller than on the picture. It was clean with paper thin walls. After shower the water was on the bathroom floor ( they don't have a sliding glass door). The only good thing about this hotel is breakfast buffet. Food was delicious and high quality. The location is not great for walking to major tourist destinations. Overall , I would not recommend staying there if you have a car to park and need to stay more than 1 night.

Hotel Costé Tbilisi, a compact hotel

In general, the hotel is nice and the service was fine. I stayed at the hotel in a single room that was very small but compact, and the bed was really narrow. It is not located in the center but it takes walking time of 15 -20 minutes to get there. The breakfast was good but again the space for taking food is so narrow that sometimes it was impossible to take food.

Nice hotel near everything.

Hotel is nice and in good area. Staff was friendly. I thought I had booked thru Hotels.com and paid upfront. When I checked out, they told me I needed to pay. Since I had not paid up front, they charged me more than what my rate would have been thru Hotels.com. I was not happy. They did a good job up to that point. Lost my future business over $40.
