Historic, dreamlike studio in the old town

In the central, oldest and most beautiful part of Tbilisi, in a historic house: in a few minutes you are at central tourist places or at the metro. Nevertheless, it is possible to sleep quietly at night, because the bedroom is well insulated. The interior is made of natural materials, stone and wood. In the courtyard we have a small coffee table and two chairs for our guests, so you can enjoy the midday sun comfortably in front of the front door.

The space
The accommodation is warm in winter and cool in summer. All materials in the apartment are stone or wood. The house was restored in 2016-2018. Originally it was built about 150 years ago.

There are several light sources in the apartment, which can be adjusted in many ways: Dimmer light, cozy medium lighting or bright.

The bed measures 1.40m. We bought a new "Gold" mattress from JYSK in April 2024. The apartment is about 20 square meters in total.


The ceiling of the apartment is low in the entrance area (about 170) and the bathroom reaches a height of about 190cm. However, the main room has a high ceiling. The room has two small external windows (at the door with the view of the yard and above the sink with the view of the basement stairs). To get into the apartment, you have to go down a few steps. Half of the premises are located in the basement. In short, the apartment is as shown in the photos! It is great, with limitations. However, the apartment is not necessarily suitable for very tall people. It is ideal for people with a maximum height of 180-185cm.

All our guests read very carefully the house rules. After booking you will receive a message with all the info.
Guest access
You are welcome to stay in the patio and use the table and chairs I have left for you. The table and chairs may also be used by the residents of the apartment next door.

Other things to note
I would like to underline some important things: In my home all people are welcome, no matter what nation or religion. However, my guests must be ready to accept certain facts. - Georgia is a sovereign country and 20% of it is occupied by Russia. They forbid us to enter these regions because we have Georgian nationality. - I deeply condemn the war in Ukraine.
