Very accommodating staff. Wonderful Hotel, we were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect spot to stay. Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped. If we ever in the area again we would definitely stay again.

I loved how quiet it was and how easy the checking in and out process is. The room and the bathroom was nice and spacious definitely worth paying for. I love the sitting area outside as well makes it’s feel like it’s your own front yard. And the cafe was just a few feet away it was perfect!

Bed and pillows were plenty comfy. There's a dehumidifier in the room which helps keep the room temperature comfy in the summer. We'd get coffee in the mornings and sit on the 'front porch' and enjoy the peaceful courtyard. Super cute spot and felt right at home!

Talbot Commons is a very charming enclave located in a quiet area within walking distance of Taylor’s shopping district. Each of the rooms are decorated with a trendy western theme. All the rooms are on ground level arranged around a common area, so it could be ideal for a wedding, group, or small family reunion. For me it was an ideal stopover on a trip across Texas. There is no staff on site, so that should be taken into consideration. I didn’t know how to rate “staff and service” because the hotel is not set up that way. I had absolutely no complaints: my room had everything I needed. A nice, trendy cafe is adjacent to the hotel.
