A connectable sound speaker, free Wi-Fi, table football, and ping pong are also available for your enjoyment. In addition to the fridge in the kitchen, there is also a fridge for beverages in the sizable pantry adjacent to the kitchen for your convenience. In the hallway, you find a guest bathroom.

The idyllic setting is ideal for outdoor entertaining and dining. A large terrace surrounds the pool, complete with sun loungers and seating and dining areas in addition to the outdoor bathroom. There is also a semi-covered BBQ area near the driveway at the property's entrance, complete with a stone bread oven and dining area.

The tarmac road provides complete access to the property and connects to a fully paved driveway with an electric gate. The villa is located 5 kilometers from Santa Catarina Fonte do Bispo, a small village with a few traditional restaurants and cafes, a bakery, a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, and a gas station.
Tavira, a picturesque town with a castle and the popular Roman Bridge, is 17 kilometers away. Tavira also has all of the major supermarkets, a daily fresh produce market, numerous restaurants and cafes, and access to several beaches.
