Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin room, all have ensuite wet rooms. Heated 8m x 4m pool with multiple sun loungers, various patios to take advantage of the excellent sun exposure. Fully equipped kitchen with log burners in the lounge and dining room. Massive outdoor entertaining space, views to be savoured with the added bonus of wonderful sunrises and sunsets. Excellent wifi coverage via Starlink with access points throughout the property and a full UK digital TV package with sports and movies. Ten minutes from the large village of Santa Catarina da Fonte do Bispo with a range of restaurants, supermarkets and bank, thirty minutes form the towns of Tavira, Olhao and Sao Bras. The beaches of the Ria Formosa are all within 25 minutes of the property and Faro airport is 40 minutes away. Situated 10 minutes in the hills on a tarmac road, our house can be found in the village of Malhada do Judeu.

The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
