This luxury villa is located in the gated community “Lux Tavira Residence” in Luz de Tavira.
The villa is spread over 3 floors, with a lower level that includes space for one car, which will be protected from the
heat outside. The house also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The first floor features a comfortable and relaxing living room with cable TV and fiber-optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and stylish, comfortable furnishings.
Also on the first floor is a dining area with a table and
chairs for 6 people. This leads us outside to a porch with a garden and a gourmet barbecue area featuring a grill, sink, and outdoor dining furniture—a very inviting spot to enjoy warm summer nights while preparing your BBQ.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster,
oven, stove, microwave, etc., juicer, and cookware.
At the front of the villa, there is also another porch where you can
relax on the two cushioned lounge chairs provided or enjoy the condominium’s outdoor pools (for adults and children) and its lawned gardens.
The second floor has three bedrooms, one of which is an en suite with a double bed, and two additional bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and all bedrooms have closets.
On the top floor, you’ll find a terrace with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the sea and mountains.

The nearest beach, “Praia do Barril,” is a 5-minute drive away, and a little further on
you can visit “Terra Estreita Beach,” accessible by boat from the charming village of Santa
Luzia.

The city of Tavira is 7 km away, and Faro Airport is 28 km away.

Superb property with everything needed for a family holiday. Well maintained and equipped. The hosts were always quick to respond to any questions and a problem with the WiFi mid-break was resolved very quickly. Lovely pool area which was well kept.

Moradia de Férias Estupenda !

O meu comentário não aponta para uma moradia 5 Estrelas, por pequenos detalhes qua faltam, mas devo dizer que os donos da moradia são de uma simpatia extrema e sabem receber e ouvir sugestões. A moradia está em local sossegado e com uma envolvente extraordinária (perto de muitas praias boas). A piscina é um "must", ás áreas sensacionais. 2 lugares de garage extraordinários e a decoração é muito boa (ar condicionado/wifi/Tv Plasma. máquinas da louça e roupa, etc...). Como fomos os primeiros no aluguer, notou-se a falta de pequenas coisas na cozinha (louça, talheres, panelas...) mas isso de certeza que na próxima vez está resolvido. Outro senão mínimo...como adoro fazer um bom peixe grelhado na brasa, achei o grelhador portátil muito pequeno e frágil, embora tenham um barbeque embutido na parede nas traseiras da moradia, mas não tem as peças e bases para o utilizar. Se penso voltar...claro !!, mas desta vez tem de ser 2 semanas, porquê 1 semana sabe a pouco. JJ
