Casa da Cestaria T2 Duplex by YHA is a spacious duplex apartment of approximately 80 m², located in Cabanas de Tavira. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests looking for comfort and a convenient base from which to explore the eastern Algarve. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, accommodating up to 6 guests in total.

The accommodation has three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and directly connected to the bedrooms. It also features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay. Additional facilities include a washing machine, balcony and terrace, offering extra spaces to relax. Free private parking is available on site. Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted.

The location is ideal for enjoying Cabanas de Tavira and the Ria Formosa Natural Park. The waterfront promenade, with its restaurants, cafés and views over the lagoon, is within easy walking distance. Access to Cabanas Beach and the island beaches is by boat across the Ria Formosa, with departures from the waterfront. Cabanas Beach is approximately a 13-minute walk from the apartment when walking to the beach access area.

Golf enthusiasts will find Benamor Golf Course approximately 2.5–2.6 km away. Quinta de Cima and Quinta da Ria golf courses are around 7–8 km away. The historic centre of Tavira, with its castle, traditional streets, shops and restaurants, is approximately 7 km away. The Spanish border is around 35 km away, while Faro Airport is approximately 42 km away by road.

For everyday shopping, a SPAR supermarket in Cabanas de Tavira is approximately 600–700 metres away, with other small shops available in the village. CabanaSaúde II Pharmacy is around 500 metres away. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and shops can be found along the central streets and waterfront, many within walking distance. A boat terminal for beach access is also located by the waterfront. Conceição de Tavira railway station is approximately 2 km away and provides regional connections. Tavira railway station and bus station are farther away in the town centre. Please check public transport timetables before travelling.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge by the company. For stays of fewer than 14 nights, intermediate cleaning can be requested for €30, subject to availability and provided it is requested before the check-in date. For bookings of 14 nights or more, intermediate cleaning is free of charge. This service includes a change of bed linen and towels.

A baby cot costs €25 per stay and a high chair costs €15 per stay. Both must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
