Its ground-floor location provides convenient access to the outdoor areas and the condominium’s shared facilities.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes a hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Delta coffee machine and toaster. Additional amenities include a washing machine, air conditioning, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and an iron, ensuring a comfortable stay for both short holidays and longer visits.

Guests can enjoy the shared outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool and landscaped communal gardens. Free private parking is available on site, making this a convenient base for exploring the Algarve by car. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not permitted.

One of the property’s main advantages is its location. Cabanas’ waterfront, with its restaurants, cafés and local services, is within easy walking distance. From the waterfront, guests can take a boat to Cabanas Beach, located on a barrier island within the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Benamor Golf Course is approximately 2.5 km away, Tavira’s historic centre is around 8 km away, and Faro Airport is approximately 50–52 km away. The Spanish border is about 25–30 km away, depending on the route.

Included services and extras: bed linen and towels are provided by the management company. For stays of 14 nights or longer, one complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included, with a change of bed linen and towels. For shorter stays, mid-stay cleaning can be requested for €30, subject to availability and provided it is requested before check-in. A baby cot is available for €25 per stay and a high chair for €15 per stay, both subject to availability and advance request. Use of the sofa bed by additional guests may incur a supplement, which should be confirmed when booking.
