A spacious living room at the entrance of the apartment with a comfortable one and a half sofa bed complete with a very large dining room with a kitchen equipped with every comfort for preparing meals. A full bathroom with shower box, and a cold outdoor shower shared with the adjoining apartment.
Among the many amenities available to guests are air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine shared with the adjoining apartment, charcoal barbecue, outdoor shower and free street parking.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
