House located in the countryside, in a hamlet, near the Dordogne and many remarkable Lot tourist sites. Adjoining the owners' house with independent entrance and not overlooked. The price includes all charges in July and August, plus tourist tax. Very beautiful body of water 1.5 km from the gite with supervised swimming and departure for canoeing on the Dordogne. Half closed ground of approximately 500 m2. Upstairs: entrance hall, living room/kitchen area, shower room with wc. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m, 1 cot), bathroom with wc. Terrace with electric roller blind, private 1/2 closed ground. Baby essentials. Complete household equipment. Gas plancha, garden furniture
