On the 1st floor: independent kitchen, 1 living room with 1 television, a large living room (52m2) with a lounge with television, 2 ceiling fans, library, board games and HI-FI. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 0,90 and 1 bed 1,40m), 1 shower room, 2 independent toilets, one with a washbasin. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m and 2 beds 0.90m) each with a private shower room + wc. free wifi. Large terrace, private garden and parking. Necessary baby.
