This holiday home is the perfect spot for those needing fixed term accommodation for either a holiday, a fixed working contract, or relocating to the area.
Pillans Point is a beautiful central suburb of Tauranga City, being part of Otumoetai - it is so close to motorway access in any direction, so if you are wanting to explore the wider area including Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Rotorua & Te Puke etc. for seasonal work such as fruit picking or packing ... this is a wonderful home to have as a base.
We use the property on occasion for family visiting the area, so please enquire about required dates if needing longer term stays.
