Summary:

Positioned for all day sun, this apartment is located away off the busy road yet within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the fantastic Mount beach. Enjoy breakfast on one deck with a seaview in the morning and a BBQ on second deck in the evening whilst enjoying the stunning full views of the Mount. The building has a swimming pool which is heated between October and April. Also two secure carparks as well as quality appliances throughout.



The Space:

Located within walking distance to downtown Mt Maunganui and the beach you are so close to everything that there is to love about this top holiday destination. Walk everywhere, - the main beach, cafes, restaurants, parks , downtown and Mauao (The 'Mount) This modern three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is sunny and airy with lovely views of both The Mount and the ocean.

The apartment also offers full sky package including sport.

Please note that there is scaffolding up on the area facing the roadfront until the end of March 2026. This should not impact your stay as is not around the apartment itself and any work being carried out is not overly noisy.

Brilliant location

Excellent place to stay was a little nervous with all the scams around at the moment but was a real place and close to everything, clean and good beds. I would have like a bit more communication prior to our arrival and after paying but once the instructions came through all good.

Great communication and lovely quiet secure apartment centrally located. Added bonus of 2 covered carparks. Excellent location to the beach and town. Lovely sunny rear deck and everything provided for a really enjoyable stay. Loved our family time there!

Great apartment close to everything

Stayed with my partner and young kids for a long weekend. The apartment was nice tidy and had everything we needed. It is in a great location, half a block to the beach and shops and a short walk to the Mount itself. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely appartments but no windows in 2 bedrooms

We had a great stay, overall great property. Just not clear that two of the bedrooms have no windows so very stuffy on a hot night.

Perfect location

This is a lovely, spacious apartment with great views of the sea and the Mount - and a great sea breeze coming through the windows and doors of the two balconys. It was perfect for our stay over the Christmas time - easy walking to all the local shops (short drive to larger supermarket) and things like the hot pools, beach, morning walks around and up the Mount etc. We really enjoyed our stay. (Only small point would be the use of working fans in the two of the three bedrooms that have no windows - on hot evenings they get pretty warm even with the built in ducts working). A minor point in lovely stay.

Top location

Easy walk to the Mt Maunganui main street in one direction and the main beach in the other. Ideal location for those wanting to enjoy the best of the Mount. Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment with everything we needed for a great holiday. Thank you

Good place to stay

Great location, clean comfy beds and spacious apartment. It had good access, parking and facilities however the pool wasn’t heated, it was very cold and small. The wifi struggled a bit at times. Overall, it was a fairly good place to stay.

Brilliant location for winter get away

We and two preschoolers throughly enjoyed our week stay at this property. It was lovely and warm, a quick walk to the beach and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals easily. My 4 year old has already requested that we go back next year.
