Riverfront Apartment - spacious, modern & warm apartment, with beautiful river views

This stunning property is an absolute delight from the moment you step through the door. Perched on the edge of the Waikato River, the three level apartment offers some of the most magical views across the harbour.

Located directly in the hub of Taupo, with private parking (there is off-street parking available for 1 car in the garage and one in front of the apartment), it is a treat for the whole family. Each of the three bedrooms, has their own en-suite, whilst the living space is spacious and well designed, with plenty of space to relax.

The front entry is on ground level and boasts a laundry with washing machine and dryer and a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. Heading down a flight of stairs you’ll find a further bedroom (2 x king singles) and a bathroom. Off this level is access to a courtyard, BBQ and gate access to the Waikato River – fishing literally at your doorstep. The spacious open plan living is on the top floor which houses the modern full kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances and the third bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite with bath/shower combination.

There are 2 heat pumps and under floor heating in the bathrooms to keep you cosy and warm in the winter months. The apartment has Wi-Fi included as well as freeview in bedroom televisions, and Smart TV in the lounge to keep the family entertained.

If you have a boat or jet ski, mooring can often be found available directly in front of the apartment, alternatively you can secure these in the 2 car, internal access garage.

Complex Facilities: Shared access to a beautiful swimming pool (heated late Oct–Apr (Eastertime) and a community BBQ area.

Special conditions:
Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours especially as this property is part of a complex with permanent residents. When making a request please ensure you have read the listing details and house rules carefully for suitability. Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who is travelling with you.

Swimming in this part of the river is not advised due to strong currents.

When you book you`ll have the full and exclusive use of the entire apartment, including secure off street parking for two cars (or a car and a boat). You`ll also have the shared use of a beautiful pools which is heated through the colder months.

As your host, we`re available between 8am and 7pm via phone or email. We also live locally so can meet you in person is required.

Taupo is a favorite destination for people of all ages. Mountain bike tracks can be found within a 5 minute ride from our apartment and caters to all levels of riders.

Taupo is centrally located with ski fields only 1 ½ hours away and Rotorua only 1 hour away.

We have a guide book at the apartment with plenty of recommendations of places to eat, drink, visit, and adventure to be enjoyed.

Our apartment is less than a five minute walk into the town center, making it the perfect place to stay and enjoy the very best of Taupo.
