Set less than 1 km from Lake Taupō and around four minutes’ drive from the town centre, Lavish at the Lake offers an easy base for enjoying the lakefront, dining, shopping and local attractions.



Designed for up to eight guests, the home combines generous living spaces with thoughtful comfort throughout. Inside are three bedrooms, two bathrooms including a master ensuite, a separate study with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped entertainer’s kitchen with butler’s pantry and Nespresso coffee machine.



Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys lake views, while outside the standout entertaining area brings together an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and fireplace for relaxed meals and evenings together. A heat pump, indoor gas fire and underfloor heating add year-round comfort.



There is plenty to keep everyone entertained too, with a ping pong table available to set up in the garage and a generous selection of games for all ages. With a double internal garage and a layout suited to families or small groups, this is a polished Taupō stay made for easy time together.

House Rules and Information:





Parking: Double internal garage - perfect for parking the car or storing bikes etc.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
