Well situated for all that Lake Taupo has to offer. Rooms are great, shower was amazing (!) All amenties provided, especially if you are self catering. Easy walking distances to cafes etc. (Check out Body Fuel Cafe - fabulous food, great service and if you have food allergies you are more than catered for here)
