It is a large, three-bedroom semi-detached house with a modern Swedish hot tub that seats 6, as well as an outdoor swimming pool, set in a very pretty garden. Linnets is fully wheelchair accessible and has the following National Accessibility Scheme ratings: Assisted Wheelchair Access, Visual level 1, Hearing level 2. Downstairs there is a spacious wet room with grabs rails and shower chair. The kitchen also has some low-level worktops, and the living room is fitted with a hearing loop.

The pretty village of Fitzhead is a wonderful base to explore the stunning local area. There is an abundance of attractions including, The West Somerset Steam Railway at Bishops Lydeard, The Museum of Somerset in Taunton, Dunster, Minehead, the stunning Exmoor National Park, numerous National Trust properties including Dunster Castle, Fyne Court, Coleridge Cottage, Montacute and Knightshayes and there is also Tropiquaria, Diggerland, Butlins and Funland. There are two great country pubs within approximately 2 miles, or if you fancy staying by the pool and hot tub there is a large barbecue, The pretty village of Milverton 2 miles and the town of Wiveliscombe 3½ miles has shops, post offices, restaurants, pubs, and banking facilities.
