In Tating, near St. Peter Ording, the modern vacation home Haus Sommerwind iii is located in a beautiful, quiet location, only 8 km from the nearest North Sea beach. The 160 m² vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and satellite TV. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a children's high chair.

Wirklich gut ausgestattetes Haus, Kommunikation lief relativ komplikationsfrei.Der in der Nähe passierende Zug kann tatsächlich an den ersten paar Tagen irritierend sein. Dass die Nutzung der Waschmaschine zusätzliche Kosten verursacht, wird leider weder auf Hauswebsite noch in den Inseraten erwähnt. Die Lage der Einzelzimmer im Dachgeschoss kann man auch gerne noch separat erwähnen (wird bei Sonneneinstrahlung wirklich sehr warm da oben; für groß gewachsene Personen auch problematisch da hoch zu gelangen).Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Haus für Urlaub mit drei Generationen oder mit Freundschaften

Pros: Sechs Schlafräume und vier Bäder (auch mit Sitzgelegenheiten in den Duschen) waren absolut top für neun Personen. Der Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche und einem Esstisch für 10 Personen war toll. In jedem Raum war ein Flachbildfernseher verfügbar. Diese haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, weil wir mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern jeden Abend Gesellschaftsspiele gemacht haben. Wir waren mit drei Autos angereist und alle hatten genügen Platz zum Parken. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, daß ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser zur Verfügung standen. Cons: Schade, daß die vorhandene Sauna nicht betriebsbereit war. Ein wenig störend ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof, bei dem die Züge stets Signaltöne wegen der Fußgängerüberwege geben mussten bis in die Nacht hinein und leider auch in den frühen Morgenstunden. Ansonsten eine sehr ruhige Lage.

Tolles Haus für Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen.

Pros: Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es gab ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle 10 Personen. Geräumiger Wohn-/Essbereich. Großer Flur, wo auch alle Schuhe, etc. gut abgestellt werden konnten. Das Haus ist auch wegen des Grundstücks und der ruhigen Lage für längere Urlaube geeignet. Cons: Es fehlt unterhalb und oberhalb der Treppe ein Sicherungsgitter für Kleinkinder.

Tolles Haus!

Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht, besonders der Inhalt der Küchenschränke war beeindruckend. Bei schönem Wetter kann sicherlich die Terrasse, der Grill und der Strandkorb gut genutzt werden. Sauna, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind gegen Münzeinwurf nutzbar. Einziges richtiges Ärgernis war die angrenzende Bahnlinie, wo bereits morgens um kurz nach 5 der erste Zug durchrollte und mehrfach an jedem unbeschrankten Bahnübergang lautstark tutete.
