Very clean cabin. A few stink bugs but that is to be expected in the woods. Everything was great minus the screened in porch shown In The photos is actually torn in reality and there were wasps and bees so we could not sit out there. Other than that everything was amazing!

The Never Leaf cabin was clean for the most part. The coffee pot was beyond dirty and I scrubbed it myself to be able to use it. The air conditioner froze up and it got very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The porch was only screened in on 2 sides. The porch also needs more than one rocking chair to enjoy. The property grounds and amenities were great and family friendly but the listing did not explain that it was a shared community space.

There was an issue with the property that forced an advance cancellation by the owner; but they handled it quickly and professionally and were terrific. Things happen, all you can ask is a fair and timely response. I will be staying here in the future.
