매우 불만족. 사기에 가까움

예약했던 객실과 전혀 다른객실제공 늦은시간방문에 취소 변경도 안해줌 호텔스 또한 매우 무책임하게 8000원상당 수수료지급외에 아무런 조치도 해줄수 없다고함
