A super-smart new and stylish hotel using heritage properties in Tarsus.

We were only staying one night. The hotel is located in the historic part of town and has been individually and sympathetically restored and created. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. I would pas two comments though. Firstly the very small switch for air con control was not pointed out to us and it took some time to realise the reason we had no air con. I was conderned about the amount of daylight around the bedroom door which would not provide fire and smoke protection in case of fire.

This is a new hotel. I love the concept. They have diligently restored several very old homes and buildings in one off the oldest neighborhoods in all of Turkey. By doing so not only they have preserved these wonderful structures but also created a beautiful hotel. It’s spacious and tastefuly decorated.

Ziyaretim sırasında güleryüzleri, sempatik olmaları, yardımseverlilikleriyle beni Tarsus'a yaptığım dinlenme ve gezi amaçlı gerçekleştirdiğm seyahatimi mükemmel ve unutulmaz bir deneyim olarak yaşattılar. En ufak bir soruma, çözüm bulup yardımcı oldular. Otelde faydalandığım restoran harika. Kahvaltı, yöresel yiyeceklerle bezenmiş bir açık büfeden oluşmaktaydı. Ve yine, çalışan gençler herşeye yetiştiler. Atmosfer tarihi nir bölgeye layık, sıcacık ve güzel. Otel yönetimini tebrik ediyorum. Teşekkür ederim herşey için.

Otel malesef oda konforu acisindan beklentilerimizin oldukca altinda kaldi ve hayal kirikligi yasatti. Oncelikle giris saatinde odamiz hazir degildi, odaya adimizi attigimiz anda ise bizi tuvalletten gelen yogun bir gider kokusu karsiladi. Tum surec boyunca da vardi. Banyoda mutlaka aydinlatma ile birlikte devreye giren havalandirma sistemi eklenmeli. Bunun disinda pencereleri acmaya calistigimizda kornis sonlarin sabitlenmediginden 2 pencereden perdeler cikti. Lavaboda muslukta sicak soguk su yerleri yanlisti. Bu misafir guvenligi adina oldukca tehlikeli, dikkat edilmediginde yaniklara sebep olabilir. Oda aydinlatma yetersizdi aksam dolaptan ihtiyacimiz olani telefon isigi ile aldik. Oda temizligi yetersizdi bazi bolumlerde toz vardi. Bahce lavabo hanimlar icin olan bolumde taharet muslugunda ariza vardi. Ozel notla annemi 10 yil sonra memleketine getirdigimi belirterek en iyi odalarindan birini rezerve etmelerini istememe ve rezervasyonun haftalar oncesinde yapilmis olmasina ve giriste notumu hatirlatmama ragmen bu denli ozensiz en arka bolumde bir odanin verilmis olmasini buyuk bir ayip olarak karsiladim. Gezimizin kalan gunlerinde baska bir butik otel resv. etmis olmak isabet oldu. Tekrar geldiğimizde ilk tercihimiz olmayacak. Bunlar disinda personel oldukca nazik ve ilgiliydi. Genel alanlar oldukca guzel dizayn edilmis rahat ve konforluydu. Kahvalti acik bufe cesitliligi yeterli ve lezzetliydi.
