Brilliant hotel & great location! Easy walking distance to bus station and old town - about 10 mins for each! Staff really helpful and rooms were lovely. Unlimited coffee/juices + the pastries in the mornings were a lovely touch and will definitely make me book here again

Clean comfortable beds. Room was cleaned daily. The only issue what wasn't really an issue is the building maintenance, door surround hanging off, and gaps in the laminate flooring but didn't cause us any inconvenience. Would definitely stay there again. Good things to note, free coffee machine and cold drinks in the reception area, plus a choice of pastries every morning, and the shower was amazing.

Since the moment you check in the young ladies at the front desk are not friendly at all, they don’t even look at you. If you care about air conditioning it’s terrible. The old elevator you don’t know if your are going to get to your floor.

Your stay is not only dirty, it is not at all what is represented online via photos. The rooms are old and dirty with even black fungi in the bathroom, humid and odor problems. The airconditioning is making noise all night. We will never come back.

The offer we received for the property was nothing near to reality. Furniture is in very bad condition. Sofabed needs to be disposed. Bath tub needs to be replaced. Mold in the bath windows. Curtain in the bathtub full of mold. We rented for 3 days for 3 people nd only gave us one very very small soap for all and 1 very small bag of body soap. I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. Other than the location-based nothing is worth it.

I will never stay here again ! The bed was full of bed bugs and I had bites on my legs in the morning. After informing the reception they were friendly, apologised and I got a new room. When arring back home I had to disinfect all my luggage. The hotel did not respond to my mail about the issue, what is disappointing.
