It is distributed on the first floor with an elevator and has a patio with outdoor furniture. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to the sofa bed for an extra guest in the living room. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning, fans, heating for winter, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and public parking in the surroundings. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are welcomed with an additional cost. At the check in the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation will be requested. We will be at your disposal almost 24 hours a day for anything you may need during your stay.
