Séjour agréable mais pas de SAV en cas de souci

Gite agréable dans l’ensemble, la maison est lumineuse et fonctionnelle, le jardin spacieux et agréable. Bémol pour la propreté (poils d’animaux sur les tapis, vaisselle à relaver, couettes tachées). Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de rideau ou de store dans l’une des chambres car impossible de dormir après 5h du matin, ce qui est regrettable en vacances. Nous avons eu un souci avec la plaque à induction qui s’est mise en sécurité. Impossible de la déverrouiller. Nous avons sollicité à plusieurs reprises une assistance par téléphone. Quelqu’un devait venir dépanner, nous ne l’avons jamais vu arriver ! Les 3 derniers jours du séjour se sont passés sans possibilité de cuisiner (super avec 3 enfants !). J’ai signalé les 2 soucis à l’hôte via l’application Abritel mais il ne m’a jamais répondu.
