Each level features a fully equipped apartment of approximately 100 m² each, with a full kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The maximum capacity of Apartment 9B (GROUND FLOOR) is six people.

Las Gaviotas 9B can be rented separately from approximately September 15 to June 15 of the following year. However, from June 15 to September 15, during the summer season, the entire house must be rented, including apartments 9A and 9B.

LAS GAVIOTAS is very well located in the town of Tarifa, a five-minute walk from the beach or a one-minute drive. Easy parking right at the door. It’s also just a three-minute walk from the old town and a two-minute walk to the shops, restaurants, and other amenities on the main street, Batalla del Salado.

The property includes two parking spaces in the price—one for each apartment—located on the same street, just 50 meters from the apartment, during the months of June through September.

Apartment 9B has direct access from the street, with a front garden featuring artificial grass, an outdoor shower, and a large 6.25 m² hot tub (for six people), which opens onto the ground-floor living room through a pergola and fully retractable, illuminated glass panels that can be opened completely and closed as desired. It can be enjoyed in both summer and winter, with complete privacy from the neighbors.

The downstairs living room features a dining table with six chairs, a TV, a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. It opens onto a large L-shaped kitchen with another table and six chairs, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Full bathroom with two sinks and a shower. There is also access to a large 25 m² bedroom, which can be divided into two separate bedrooms via a sliding glass door. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The maximum occupancy is six people. The apartment is fully equipped with sheets, towels, and kitchenware.
