Enjoy this wonderful house in the historic centre of Tarifa, recently renovated (2023). With a perfect location to enjoy the tourist areas, shops and restaurants; close to the Puerta de Jerez and just 10 minutes walk from the beach and its beautiful beach bars.
It is ideal for couples and/or families with 1/2 children (9-15 years old).
A good place for lovers of wind sports, you can leave your equipment on the roof terrace!

A house with open-plan rooms; on the first floor there is the living room and kitchen; on the second floor, the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the bathroom. From here you can access a small mezzanine via stairs where there is a sofa bed for children (since there are children, you have to be careful with access). On the third floor you can enjoy a small roof terrace and the washing machine area.
A living room with a smart TV and a very special, beautiful kitchen with its modern SMEG appliances (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and everything you need to cook when you prefer to stay home and relax.
