When we arrived we were taken to a very small room which had a double. We asked for a bigger room as we were staying 3 nights it didn’t happen. We had to get the sheets removed as they were soiled. The room didn’t get serviced.Breakfast was basic cereal n toast.Staff we courteous

No butter or margarine for the Continental breakfast, limited options. Next to Zero hot water, i waited like the sign said to, the hot water never came. When the next door room folks arrived it was as if they were in my room when they spoke. I could probably hear them better than they could themselves. And no locomotive as pictured, the thing that sold ne in the first place. Nice guy the staff member, left feeling a sense of being a little cheated.

The staff were courteous. The room was clean and big enough for our stay of 3 people. The beds were comfortable and the showers were clean, hot and had abundant water flow. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise and suited our needs. The lodge was ideally situated within a short walk to shops and centre of town. Also plenty of parking spots available.

I cannot fault the Staff & Management at the Railway Lodge Motel Taree. They have bent over backwards to ensure my stay was enjoyable. All cudos to them. I can certainly highly recommend ☺️.

Good value single room, neat and tidy. The place is like a museum and the room is small, but I think it's made to fit like a railway carriage as the walkway is centred and the rooms are on each side.

Simple accommodation. We only stayed 1 night as we were breaking up a long journey. Friendly staff. Interesting decorations. We appreciated the free simple breakfast of toast & spreads, fruit, tea, coffee, juice and banana bread. We had a fantastic dinner down town at Twohans. It’s a must try Korean BBQ! Super delicious 😋
