I have been asking n asking the Recptionist to give me a note saying when and at what time she received our lost luggage, no one is giving me. I need it to show my Travel Insurance company. Written 3 emails and asked personally 10 times.They just ignore you.Airport lost our luggage. We had to go to Lourdes the next day ie the 26th: of August. Asked the Desk girl to receive our case, which she did. When we returned on the 31st: of Aug:2016. she gave us our luggage. Then we kept on n on asking her to write the date n time when she got it she just won't do it. Now written 3 emails. No response. Very very poor service. I am dissatisfied.

Receptionist was pleasant & friendly. Room was small, dark & soul less. Pillows were too plump to use. En-suite was a small plastic pod with tiny shower cubicle & clingy curtain. WiFi signal was good.

This Premiere Classe Hotel needs some refurbishment. The window & shutter were in operabe. Location is god for the valuing up through France from Spain.

Bonjour, je suis arrivĂ© hier Ă  ma chambre, mais c'est une honte, tout est vĂ©tuste, la porte d'entrĂ©e, de salle de bain, c'est pas normal de louĂ© ce genre d'endroit, je vais faire remonter l'information au plus haut niveau, HĂŽtel.com ne doit pas avoir de tels endroits Ă  louer, quelque soit le prix, de plus les gens fume dans leurs chambres et toutes les odeurs de tabac passe par la salle de bain, je sort d'un cancer et j'ai donc respirer toute ces odeurs de tabac pendant 12 heures, je pense que je vais ĂȘtre obligĂ© d'aller voir le mĂ©decin car j'ai toussĂ© toute la nuit, je vais donc ĂȘtre obligĂ© aussi de portĂ© plainte contre le groupe hĂŽtel.Com afin d'obtenir des dommages et intĂ©rĂȘts sur tout ces manquements Ă  la loi, je vous conseil vivement de faire du trie dans vos partenaires avec certains hĂŽtels et de me rembourser intĂ©gralement

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h heure de fermeture de l'accueil, mais la dame nous as attendu pour nous remettre les clés. Quand nous avons pris possessions des deux chambres, nous avons constatées les anomalies suivantes : Chambre 122 : La serrure de la porte des sanitaires cassés on pensais ne pas avoir accÚs ! AprÚs avoir réussi à ouvrir pas de Papier toilette. Chambre 123 : La douche et les WC était sales. Et un interrupteur HS L'ensemble du bùtiment est vétuste, et les chambres également. J'ai signalé ces informations à l'accueil le lendemain. Le personnel était trÚs bien.
