The newly built modern apartment, carefully furnished, NOA 3, suitable for families with children, is located in Tar, a small town just 10 km away from Poreč.
The apartment is part of a residence with 9 apartments located in three nearby structures that together form the residence.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of the main building. Composed of two bedrooms: a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and a bedroom with two single beds. The balcony has four garden chairs and a small table that overlooks the pool area. The girono area has a sofa bed for two people, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with six seats, and an equipped kitchenette.
The kitchenette has two electric hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment (10 l), a toaster, a microwave, a coffee machine with filters, a mocca, a kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, detergent and a sponge.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet paper, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet.
In the residences, the pool, deck chairs, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, barbecue, and a garden table with Istrian stone benches, a playroom for children and adults with a pool table, flat screen TV, sofas, and armchairs. The complex is fenced, and free public parking is located near the residence.
In the structure, there is a shared space with a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board.

The grocery store, the church, the restaurant, the park, parking, pharmacy within 100 -250 m.
The tourist train station that takes you to the beaches (sandy, gravel, and rocky) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is 50 m from the property. Near the autodrome, tennis courts, and horse riding center.
The port of Santa Marina, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen of the area, is only 3.4 km away.
The strong point of the village of Tar is the tranquility and being a few kilometers from two renowned tourist centers such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park just 12 km away.

Tar is a small village of farmers and fishermen only 5 km from Poreč (Porec). In recent years, there has been a lot of development, full of apartments and beautiful villas with rented pools, several excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian and German menus, bars, children's playgrounds, a supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent racetrack, a horse riding center, and much more.
In the summer months in the country, they organize frequent and various events very interesting for tourists. They organize parties, dances, tastings and presentations of wines, olive oil and typical Croatian menus.
In the village you will also find a pharmacy, a dental and medical clinic, a bank, an ATM, a grocery store and some fruit and vegetable stands.

* We kindly ask our guests not to make excessive noise from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00 in the morning

* Smoking is allowed only on the terrace; in the interior, smoking is not allowed
* It is possible to organize personalized transfers.

* A day before departure, we kindly ask you to inform us of the scheduled departure time, to arrange the handing over of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 hours in the morning on the last day of stay.
* We kindly ask our guests to leave empty garbage bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.
* Damages possibly caused, please declare to the owner that, after a careful evaluation, the cost of the damage will be charged on the spot.
