The bed is very comfy, the room is nice and quiet. A perfect place to rest before the next flight. Staff is very friendly. Our flight was delayed so we missed the last free shuttle provided by the hotel. But it was easy to get a taxi and only cost us NT$290 which is about USD$10. The complementary breakfast was amazing. They provided local taste and also Western and Indian food. I recommend the bake mackerel and the beef braised soy and vegetable.

5 Stars, Exceptional Service and Staff! I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Taiwan, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service from the entire team. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free stay. One particular moment that stood out was when I needed help coordinating transportation for the high-speed train. Not only did they assist me with all the details, but one of the front desk staff even walked across to a 7-Eleven to personally pick up my ticket, a gesture that I deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Vivian Wen, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression. While I didn’t catch the names of the other helpful team members at the front desk, they were equally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Taiwan!
