Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. I arrived early and was able to drop my bags prior to my check-in time and go exploring. There's a 711 just across the hotel for pretty much anything you could need and other parks and shops further walk out. The hotel also has a nice lounging area where there's (pretty good) free coffee and refreshments. It's around 100NTD per hour for early check in which I ended up paying to rest. The room was very spacious and clean. All in all would recommend and stay again.

We are very happy staying at this hotel, check in was seamless, front desk staffs were very courteous, our room was very large with 3 beds, it was spotlessly clean. Many varieties & choices for breakfast, even the staffs in the break room were very friendly & helpful. Free snacks & various types of tea & coffee were available in the sitting area. The manager Mr Lee was very friendly & professional, he went out of the way to give us a ride to the MRT station on his way home after his shift was over. We have no complaints at all with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Taoyuan.

Room smelled like smoke. Pretty strongly. They offered to move my room but I figured it would be the same. Everyone in Taiwan smokes. There are cigarette butts everywhere outside lol. I liked that the room was quiet and new and clean so I just dealt with it. It had a balcony and the curtains by the balcony were the source of the smell. People obviously go outside to smoke and it gets on the curtains. Everything else is very nice. I’d say upscale hotel. Very clean and modern. Pillows are hard as rocks but manageable.

Beyond amazing experience!! Spacious & well-decorated room; sparkling clean & comfortable. It also equips quality toiletries. I came to TPE for a concert & found Joyfultel awesome for concert goers. It is quite near to NTSU Arena, saving the transport time. The most enjoyment was that they broadcasted the concert related performer's music & gave away small gifts. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the friendly & welcoming staff. Will come again!
