A nicely laid out, spacious and comfortable home, far enough out of town to have a night sky filled with stars. Yes, you can see the Milky Way! There are other houses in the area, but at a distance, so it's very quiet, except for the occasional yipping of coyotes, which I much enjoyed. It's close to the airport, but in five days I only heard one plane and a pair of Osprey helicoptor/turboprop planes that I eagerly ran outside to see. The owner answered our phone call immediately when we had some trouble with the keyless entry, and his local property manager came over even though it was after dark on a weekend. I'm sure they'll have that fixed by the time you read this, but with any house there might be some issue from time to time, and it's comforting to know that they are so responsive. Also, phones, internet, and Google maps live directions all worked just fine out here. This is a good location for visiting the Rio Grande del Norte bridge and West Rim Trail without having to drive through town at all. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return if we have the opportunity.
