We are so happy to stay in the 4 star hotel. It offers parking which is convenient for people renting cars, it is within walking distance to the town center and close to good restaurants and shopping and on top of it. It has elevators;)

The hotel was lovely and the front desk was very helpful. I did not feel very special though. I think we had the worst room the hotel had and there was no room upgrade even though it was not at full capacity. I went to breakfast and my daughter came a little later. One of the servers was quite rude and said I could not order coffee twice and spoke quite loudly about it. Others thought it was very rude as well.

The hotel is in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants in Taormina. The bus depot to take to Castelmola or any other town for a day trip is a 2 minute walk. The cable cars to take you down to the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. The hotels is perched on a hotel with spectacular views from all of their terraces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that they don't have a restaurant in the hotel (but they do have breakfast which is great). I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Italy : very clean, relaxed, excellent welcome. Lovely room, good breakfast. Location is excellent. Easy walking to town & local sights. Convenient to walk down to beach about 15mins downhill. Cable car back, station about 3/4 minutes to hotel. Main bus terminal 180m (see hotel entrance marked on bus terminal photo): bus to beach & rail station plus regular airport buses (2 companies). Journey about 1.5 hours, leaving up to every 15 minutes.

We ordered a room with the Seaview and got an amazing balcony with incredible views 180°. Service was good staff was friendly. Yes you had to climb up a steep ramp to get from the hotel to the main street, and if you had a handicap, you would not be able to do that. But we were prepared for that based on other reviews. And we’re fine with it. Cental location was wonderful

Parking requires advanced reservation and is 20€/d

This does not meet the standard of a 4.5 star hotel, as they profess, or even of a 4 star hotel. The room was small, old feeling, and the balcony faced the wall of the next building. The front desk staff was rude. She said that I needed to make a reservation for parking and I didn't, so the parking lot was full and we had to go to a public lot down the street. She said they had sent a message to me about the parking immediately after booking, though I pulled up my messages and showed her that there was no message. Instead of just apologizing, she continued to argue with me. We are here on holiday and trying to have a good time, and she came off as brash and lacking customer service. A message several days in advance about the parking would have been helpful. There is a walk up stairs and a steep hill to get to the street and there is no elevator access when walking to the street. The breakfast was good and with a beautiful view. And then pool is gorgeous.

We stayed at the Hotel Sirius for one week in September. The hotel is in a great location, a ten minute walk from Taormina center and has a pool and restaurant. The Sirius is family owned and is a traditional Italian resort hotel. The family is present and the staff is dedicated to the guest and the success of the business. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent service - we were offered early check in and use of pool facilities after check out which made our stay very convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It's located close to the bus terminal, cable car and centre. Views from room and pool area were breathtaking.

Great Location with fabulous views

Location is fabulous the views amazing & just a short 10 min walk into town,hotel staff very friendly & helpful,pool area lovely & never crowded,only negative is the breakfast not a huge choice & the scrambled egg always luke warm/cold it needs to be kept in a heated pan, but we had a great stay at the Sirius

This family owned hotel is awesome. Classical authentic interior and furniture. Amazing and breathtaking sea view from some rooms and hotel's lobby and surroundings. Very clean, breakfast is great. I traveled solo and i felt like a princess during my stay in this hotel!
