What an incredible hotel! The staff were so kind and attentive- it really shows that it’s a family run business. They switched my room with no questions asked and even came up to our room to take a photo of my boyfriend and I because the view from our balcony was stunning. The views, location, and overall atmosphere were fantastic. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

Paradise in Taormina

This is an incredible gem of an hotel. The location is just steps away from the pedestrian area of Taormina; the staff were tremendously helpful; the views are to die for. Excellent breakfast with views of the sea and Mt Etna and happy hour (with complimentary snacks) in the same location. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Friendliest service we’ve received at a hotel this year! The front desk team was knowledgeable, welcoming, and confident, which set the tone for a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in a little earlier than the stated time that was perfect for freshening up and relaxing. Our room matched the Expedia listing but actually looked even better in person, with a beautiful view of Mt. Etna and a retractable roof over the relaxation and bath area. We also visited the hotel’s rooftop bar, where the service was attentive and the complimentary nibbles were a nice touch. The wine and Aperol spritzes were great, but unfortunately, my margarita cocktail was overly bitter and didn’t quite hit the mark, even after a remake. I ended up switching to wine instead, which was much more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Paradiso. The hotel was clean and modern and in a really convenient location for restaurants, the cable car to the beach and getting around Taormina. The breakfast was really lovely, set on the rooftop with fresh and local food. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Francesco especially, recommending local and authentic restaurants for dinner and then making us reservations to ensure we get in. There was a night porter so the reception desk was manned at all times. Would highly recommend staying at here and would come back !

An excellent stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. We used the valet parking to make it easier. Breakfast was on the roof top and had a great variety. Staff and service were excellent. Quick service for cleaning rooms. I would recommend the hotel and stay again.

The property is new but has a very strong smell of urine. As soon as I walked into my room, I immediately noticed the odor, which is coming from the bathroom. The food was terrible, looking like a small spread of leftovers. I also had to wait 20 minutes for someone to count the towels before I could check out, which was honestly quite hilarious. The towels themselves had stains and small holes. The voltage in the hotel is 220V, and I had to wait for someone to bring a makeshift transformer so I could use my steamer to get ready for an event, which was inconvenient. Overall, this property has potential but needs much better management. Additionally, there were multiple staff members smoking right outside the entrance to the parking lot, sitting in a way that made it difficult to enter and exit the building.
