This resort has great potential, but missess completely on room cleanliness and up keep. This place needs a massive renovation. I wiill not return until it's done. Very disappointing.

Animals come to the back of the property. Under our room. So we could feed them. In door and outdoor pool are both gorgeous and huge.

This place is truly beautiful and has incredible potential. The outdoor scenery is stunning, with a lovely balcony overlooking a pond filled with swans and ducks. However, the condition of the bathroom left much to be desired. There was a persistent musty smell that lingered, even in the bedroom, and no matter what, it wouldn’t go away. Housekeeping came to tidy up, but unfortunately, they didn’t change the top sheets, which still had visible stains from before. Despite these issues, it was still a nice stay overall, and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

Best deal around, just outdated.

Stayed there 2 nights August 2025. It was the best deal in the area and it was fine. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were as clean as they could be given how outdated the hotel itself is. I really just think a new carpet and window curtains would go a long way for this place. If you're on a budget and just need a decent place to sleep for a few nights, then send it.

For being a cheap hotel it was pretty nice! Had an indoor and outdoor pool, a mini arcade, and a restaurant. Not far from the outlets either.

This property has so much potential, but it is very outdated. Clean enough, but nothing too fancy. Very laid back environment which may have been related to the day of week and season. Staff was very friendly. Had it not been raining, the pool area is awesome! Overall would stay again, but it's not for fancy people looking for a bougie experience. Worth the low price.
