I had breakfast this morning in the cafeteria of Hotel El Toro, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Abdanabi and Ms. Ouiame for their outstanding hospitality. Hotel El Toro gave an excellent customer service! My booking was cancelled in error by a third party, the mistake was resolved quickly from the reception staffs. They even gave free room upgrade plus free breakfast for this inconvenience:)) service was swift and superb:))
