Réclamation suite incident grave durant séjour

Je tiens Ă  vous faire part de ma profonde insatisfaction concernant la nuit passĂ©e dans votre Ă©tablissement. La chambre voisine Ă  la nĂŽtre a gĂ©nĂ©rĂ© Ă©normĂ©ment de bruit suite Ă  une violente dispute conjugale. Cette situation a durĂ© entre 3 heures et 5 heures du matin, empĂȘchant totalement notre sommeil. Mes enfants ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs effrayĂ©s et nous avons passĂ© une nuit blanche. J’ai dĂ» insister auprĂšs de l’agent d’accueil afin qu’une solution soit trouvĂ©e, allant jusqu’à Ă©voquer l’appel Ă  la police. Malheureusement, j’ai constatĂ© que vos Ă©quipes n’étaient pas prĂ©parĂ©es pour gĂ©rer ce type de situation grave, ce qui est regrettable pour la sĂ©curitĂ© et le bien-ĂȘtre de vos clients. Au vu du dĂ©sagrĂ©ment subi, un geste commercial de la part de votre direction serait trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Das das Hotel befindet sich derzeit in der Renovierung. Es ist sehr laut und die Anlage ist staubig. Auf dem angebrachten AußengerĂŒst können Handwerker plötzlich vor dem Fenster stehen und ins Zimmer schauen, keine PrivatsphĂ€re. VorhĂ€nge mussten dauernd zugezogen werden dadurch kein Tageslicht. Das Hotel legt Wert auf eine Desinfektion der Zimmer mit Chlor wert, dies löste bei mir ein Hustenreiz aus. Das Zimmer musste aus gelĂŒftet werden, was nicht reichte. Ich bat darum, es noch mal neu mit Wasser auszu reinigen. Altes Inventar. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war leider begrenzt und wurde auf einer Ebene angerichtet, wo es kein Blick nach draußen gab, vor den verstaubten Fenstern wurden die Terrassentische und StĂŒhle Aufgestapelt die den Blick nach draußen verhinderten. Das Hotel ist leider nicht empfehlenswert.
