Very disappointing stay. We paid for half board, but service and food presentation were poor. Staff argued with us for several minutes at check-in instead of handling it professionally. We did not get the Marina Bay view as booked, the bed was too small, and I had to sleep on the sofa. Overall, it felt like the hotel did not care about customer comfort. Not the standard expected from Hilton.

The Hilton is perfectly located. Right by the beach, train station and mall. The rooms were nice, however, empty shampoo, soap, and only 1 towel. We were placed in smoking rooms although our reservation requested non smoking. The staff all seemed.. grumpy, minus the attendants outside. When checking us in, they spent more time on their phone than checking us in. It’s not that they weren’t doing their job- they were. Several of the workers (front desk and breakfast) that we associated with just seemed off.

Disappointed with the overall service and maintenance of this hotel. We encountered dirty and missing towels in the bathroom, as well as visible mold throughout the shower. Elevator wait times were consistently 10–15 minutes when going to our room, the lobby, or the restaurant. Multiple guests expressed frustration due to the slow and limited elevator service, and there was no clear or accessible option to use the stairs. Significant improvements are needed for this property to meet the standards expected of the Hilton brand, particularly in cleanliness, service, and elevator operations.

Standard Hilton Garden Inn hotel with stardard services. Short walk to the Grand seaside boulevard that leads to the medina. Almost right next to the well designedTangier Ville train station which is super convenient for day trips to Asilah etc.. City bus, Grand Taxi and Petit Taxi are all available nearby.

The hotel is well situated in a lively area with a shopping mall. It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Around the area are restaurants, shops, etc. It is also very accessible to all sorts of transportation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful and welcoming.
