Absolute calm in the heart of a small rural hamlet nestled on the hillside in the countryside, in the hollow of a magnificent preserved rural setting of gentle mountains. Ultra-privileged location between town and countryside, 5 km from Chauffailles, a charming typical town & trader nestled in the foothills of the Haut Beaujolais mountains, a historic center of the 19th century textile industry (weaving museum to discover), with all the shops & services and offering many sports & leisure activities (equipment and play areas for children on site). Comfortable cottage. Very spacious. Warm contemporary country character combined with exotic traces of the old original building (historic stone fireplace mantel, door lintels and stone window with old hinges...).
