The staff was above and beyond, genuinely connecting to guests. Ravi, manager of food and beverage, was attentive, knowledgeable and so warm and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful on the inside. Serving staff Hridoy, Kistan and Myint were always warm and helpful. However the location in the busy highway was a big deterrent. It was noisy with motorcycles and very dangerous to cross. The hotel felt cut off from the rest of the local community. There is a serious need for an overpass to be built. Perhaps several hotels and the golf course could cosponsor an overpass with the town of Tanah Rata. Again the hotel and staff were exceptional. The location is challenging

Room was great, except for the windows. They were not properly fitted and let all the road noise in. The hotel has provided ear plugs so we're conscious of this, but the noise was very bad. Food was great but expensive. Service was very good. I would return.

The hotel was excellent in every way, especially impressed with all the lovely staff. Waiters at steamboat dinner and breakfast were fantastic, so friendly but very professional , nothing was too much trouble. could not fault them in any way.
