Absolutely trash room! On check in the lovely lady offered an upgraded room for extra $ she was lovely , so we paid extra. The spa in our bathroom was not working, the tv in room had no remote. The tv in lounge doesn’t even work! No signal an no remote! Stained filthy carpets , top bunk sheets had yellow stains! The pool looked disgusting an had a dead bird in it. Nobody offered to clean it even when we tried to clean it upon arrival ourselves, it’s unhygienic. If this was an upgrade I’d hate to see the room I was originally going to be given! Thank god the aircon worked! I’d appreciate a refund on the extra I paid for the upgrade. We Couldn’t even watch tv in the lounge area! My child was disappointed no pool or spa to cool down. I’d never stay here again!

Unfortunately I was given the room above a traffic roundabout I chose to sleep initially on the bathroom floor since there was a degree of relief from the noise. Can’t really understand 3 things. Why this room is full price, why I wasn’t warned & why the room didn’t have double glazing

We were participating in the Children's Variety Bash 2025 and expedia said we could walk to Tamworth Paceway 1.1km. This was not the case and false information. Though the lovely manager dropped us off and picked us up. Customer service over and beyond. Thank you from car 4017.
